CancerCare and Pal-O-Mine Equestrian Equine Assisted Wellness

CancerCare and Pal-O-Mine Equestrian are partnering to provide healing, connection, and support through Equine Assisted Wellness experiences.

Join us for a unique program designed for patients and caregivers. This program offers meaningful, hands-on experiences with horses and small animals in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Participants will have the opportunity to:
• Take part in a mindfulness session with horses
• Attend educational workshops with small animals
• Engage in hands on natural horsemanship activities

This program is designed to help foster:
• Emotional healing
• Promote stress reduction and mindfulness
• Build social connection and support
• Increase confidence and overall well-being

Food and refreshments will be provided

Itinerary:

10 a.m. - Mindfulness with horses
10:45 a.m. - Small animal education
11:15 a.m. - Natural Horsemanship
12 p.m. - Pizza picnic under the tent
12:30 p.m. - Day ends

All activities are unmounted, with no riding.
